Description: The "casa rosa" is dipped in the soft hills of Macerata and pointed out on the Sibillini Mountains, in a panoramic position at 400 m. of altitude. It is a typical farm of the regional countryside of the XVII century. It has been restructured in the complete respect of the environment and the man, using only naturals materials, with techniques of bio-building and bio-ecological architecture. We have put particular attention to the quality of the systems, to the use of renewable sources, to the energetic and resources saving, to the corrected rule of refuses and to the use of respectful products of the atmosphere. The intervention has maintained the historical and geographic characteristics of the farm-house, in order to value the landscape and the nature. It is an ideal place for a natural holiday!
