Description: The Agriturismo Pianura Verde rises in the feet of the Sant'Elpidio a Mare hills, at 3 km far from the sea, in a lowland today cultivated by the agricultural firm, once ownership of noble families. The 1800 agricultural house has been completely restructured maintaining its original form and using biological material. Once it was used by the laborers that worked these earths for the families owners. The structure is endowed with all the conforts: 6 rooms all with bath refrigerator cafe television, 4 apartments composed by kitchen bath and room. The ample garden and the cultivated country, in continuous change according to the seasons, surround and characterize the environment of the Agriturismo. Walks in the country, next to the bank of the river, near the pond to observe the animals, in the little streets of country up to reach lost or abandoned churches or itineraries toward medieval small city as Fermo, Sant'Elpidio a Mare, Ascoli Piceno, Montecosaro, Civitanova Alta, but also Loreto, Recanati, Macerata, Treia, Camerino are naturally only some examples, further shopping in the business shops of famous brands (Tod's, Fornarina, Paciotti, Nero Giardini...) or handicraft of the zone, restaurants of fish or characteristic taverns, it's only a part of the offers of this splendid region and particularly the zone in which the Agriturismo Pianura Verde is.
