Description: Our agriturismo rises in the Poggio S.Marcello (387 s.l.ms.), a characteristic town of the region Marche in the province of Ancona.
Its central position between sea and mountain, is ideal for daily excursions; it can be reached in little time bathing destinations as "The Velvet Beach" of Senigallia, "The Coast of the Conero" of Numana and Sirolo, Porto Recanati and Recanati (city native of G.Leopardi) or climb on destinations as the Sibylline mountains of the umbro-marchigiano appennino, Visso, Ussita, the stupendous one "Plain of Castelluccio", Assisi, Norcia, Gubbio etc.
La Fontanella belongs to the denominated district "Hills of the Verdicchio" that dominates the valley of the river Esino it famous, to its visitors, for the numerous gastronomic specialties and for the production of the Verdicchio, very appreciated wine.
